Terms of Service

Agreement

These terms are between you and SyberScream ("we", "us"), the maker of WO Extractor. By using woextractor.com or the WO Extractor app, you agree to them. If you use WO Extractor for a business, you confirm you can agree on its behalf. Questions: support@woextractor.com.

The service

WO Extractor reads work order screenshots and helps you build, save and send invoices. It can be used without an account. Signing in with Google is optional and adds backup and sync across devices. We may add, change or remove features over time.

Check your invoices

Values read from screenshots and receipts can be wrong, and tax rates and rules change. You're responsible for reviewing every invoice before you send it, including hours, rates, km, parts, taxes and totals, and for your own tax and accounting obligations. WO Extractor doesn't give tax, legal or accounting advice.

Plans and payments

• Free includes a limited number of new invoices each month, currently 5. We may change what Free includes.
• Pro is a subscription, billed monthly or yearly in Canadian dollars, plus applicable taxes. Payments are processed by Stripe.
• Pro renews automatically at the end of each period until you cancel. You can cancel anytime from Company & Rates → Your plan → Manage billing. When you cancel, Pro stays on until the end of the period you've paid for, and then your account returns to Free.
• Payments aren't refundable for partial periods, except where the law requires. If you think you were charged by mistake, email us within 30 days and we'll make it right.
• If a payment fails, Pro may end after Stripe's retries.
• If we change Pro prices, we'll tell you at least 30 days before the change applies to your next renewal.

Your data

Everything you put into WO Extractor stays yours. You give us permission to store and process it only to provide the service. You're responsible for having the right to use any client information in your work orders and invoices. You can download a backup or delete your account anytime; see our Privacy Policy.

Data saved only in your browser can be lost if you clear your browser data or lose your device. Sign in or download backups regularly to protect it.

Acceptable use

Don't use WO Extractor for anything illegal or fraudulent, including false invoices. Don't try to break, overload or get around the app's limits or security, or access other people's data. We may suspend or close accounts that do.

Availability

We work to keep WO Extractor running and your data safe, but the service is provided "as is", without guarantees that it will always be available, error-free, or fit for a particular purpose.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses such as lost profits, lost data or unpaid invoices. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or CA$50 if you use the Free plan. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that can't be waived.

Ending

You can stop using WO Extractor and delete your account anytime. We may end or suspend access if these terms are broken, or stop offering the service with reasonable notice. If we stop the service, we'll give you time to download your data, and refund any unused prepaid Pro time.

Changes to these terms

If we change these terms, we'll update the date at the top. For significant changes we'll let signed-in users and the email list know before they take effect. Continuing to use WO Extractor after that means you accept the new terms.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.
