Sign in to your company hub
Use the Google account for your company. Only you can see and change your hub.
- Invite your techs. Add their emails and send the invite from your own Gmail.
- Share your parts and rates. Scan barcodes or upload a spreadsheet, and set your billing details and rates once.
- It shows up in their app. Your details, rates, parts and announcements update by themselves.
Your techs' invoices, clients and earnings stay private to them. Free during the beta.

Your techs see this name in their app. You can change it later.
Get set up
Do these once. After that, changes you make here reach your techs by themselves.
Add people
Paste emails, one per line or separated by commas. Add a name in front if you like, for example Sam Tech sam@example.com.
Your team link
Techs open it on their phone, sign in with Google, and tap Join. The invite emails include it.

Your parts lists
Make one list for everyone, or separate lists for different kinds of work.
Billing details
What your techs put on invoices to you. Their app gets a ready-made client with these details.
Your rates
What you pay your techs. Leave a box empty to let each tech use their own rate.
Announcement
A short note at the top of your techs' app, like new rates, a holiday schedule or a reminder. They can close it after reading.
